What stays on your device
Your messages, your reasons and your history are stored only in your browser. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Settings → Delete my data removes them.
Cookies
Two cookies, both needed for the site to work: one holds the date your counter started, so the counter survives if your browser clears its storage; one, set only after a purchase, holds your subscription reference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your email address and card details; we do not see your card number. We can see your email address in Stripe and use it only to restore a purchase or answer you.
Usage counts
We count anonymous events such as "counter started" or "paywall shown" using PostHog, without cookies and without a lasting identifier. These events never include anything you write.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.
