Count the days you didn't text them.
When the urge hits, breathe for a minute and write the message here instead. It never sends.
Free. No account. Nothing you write leaves your phone.
How it works
Three screens. No sign-up.
1. Your days, counting
A live counter from the moment you last contacted them. If you slip, the days you did stay in your total.
2. Breathe for a minute
When you want to text them, tap the button. Sixty seconds of slow breathing comes first.
3. Write it here instead
Type the message and press send. It is marked “Not delivered” and stays on your phone.
